Establishment of company was settled on 8th of October,2010 as an independent company from Y’sTherapeutics Co., Ltd., with an aim to develop the cancer therapy by a humanized monoclonal antibody against CD26 molecule(YS110) which is expressing on a cell surface of tumor tissues and to investigate and develop new biological substances for the treatment of immune disorders and malignancies.
