    2 ) The types of cancer except malignant mesothelioma: Japan

Note: Y’sAC Co., Ltd. granted the exclusive world wide production right of YS110 to Kissei Co., Ltd.. Y’sAC Co., Ltd. possesses the world wide licensing and the distribution rights of YS110 except Japanese territory on all the types of cancer. In Japan, Y’sAC possesses licensing right of the treatment for other types of cancer such as lung cancer, renal cancer, colorectal cancer, etc. except malignant mesothelioma in the territory of Japan.( Y’sAC Co., Ltd. granted the distribution right of YS110 to Kissei Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. in Japanese territory.)
